As a former high school and collegiate athlete experiencing the rehab process for my own injuries, I developed an understanding of what it is like to come back from pain or surgery and return to performing at a high level. I graduated from The College of Idaho with a BS in Exercise Science before going on to obtain my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. With a desire to continue learning and honing my craft,  I have earned my Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, along with completing additional continuing education courses in exercise prescription, manual therapy, and athletic development.

 

I enjoy the process of guiding people through their rehab journey to return to a life of movement, including the stories learned and relationships developed along the way.
