When you train for your sport with AFI, not only are you getting the clinical expertise of how the body moves and functions, but all of our coaches played collegiate sports and understand what it takes to get to that next level of performance.

With additional education and specialization in Strength & Conditioning and Orthopedics, our approach to programming accounts for every detail to ensure the most effective and efficient path to better gains.
