Luke Phillips PT, DPT, OCS

Founder, Therapist & Orthopedic Specialist

Dr. Luke Phillips is the founder of AFI and his aim is to help athletes and active individuals overcome pain and injury so they can enjoy a high-performance life! Luke started AFI with the vision of blending doctorate-level physical therapy with fitness and strength & conditioning in order to provide the most comprehensive injury recovery, sport performance, and wellness services available. With a passion for continuing to improve, he has completed advanced residency training, a board certification specialty in orthopedics, and extensive continuing education in manual therapy, blood flow restriction therapy, and sports science.

Andrew Peterson PT, DPT, CSCS

Therapist & Strength and Conditioning Coach

As a former high school and collegiate athlete experiencing the rehab process for his own injuries, Andrew developed an understanding of what it is like to come back from pain or surgery and return to performing at a high level. He graduated from The College of Idaho with a BS in Exercise Science before going on to obtain his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Idaho State University. With a desire to continue learning and honing his craft, he has earned his Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, along with completing additional continuing education courses in exercise prescription and athletic development.

Connor Meyerhoeffer PT, DPT, CSCS

Therapist & Strength and Conditioning Coach

Connor graduated from Idaho State University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist who likes to blend rehab interventions with strength and conditioning philosophies to ensure all of his patients reach their optimal performance in their desired sports and activities. Being a former high school and collegiate basketball player, Connor enjoys rehabbing and training for high level sport performance with his athletes. He loves working with all patient populations that are limited due to pain or injury and want to return to their active lifestyle!
