Return and Refund Policy for Donations

Thank you for supporting our business startup campaign. Your contributions help us achieve our mission, and we value every donation made. As this campaign is based on donations rather than purchases, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure transparency.

Donation Refunds

• Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Donations are generally non-refundable. However, we understand that certain situations may arise. Refunds will be considered under the following circumstances:
    • A donation was made in error (e.g., incorrect amount or duplicate donation).
    • The donation was unauthorized or fraudulent.
• Requesting a Refund:
  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the donation date. After 30 days, we will be unable to process any refund requests.
  • To request a refund, please contact our support team at getfit@afigym.com, providing:
    • The donation date.
    • The donation amount.
    • The reason for the refund request.
• Processing Refunds:
  • Approved refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of the donation.

Cancellations

• If for any reason the startup campaign is canceled or significantly altered before its completion, donors may be eligible for a full or partial refund based on the remaining funds after campaign expenses are accounted for. In such cases, donors will be notified via email with detailed instructions on how to claim a refund.

Changes to this Policy

• We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our campaign updates and will take effect immediately.
