WHAT THIS PROGRAM IS
Most high school runners spend the off-season doing one of two things — resting completely or just logging more miles. Neither builds the strength foundation that actually makes a runner faster and harder to break down.
This program fills that gap. Over 6 weeks, your athlete will train in a small group setting with individualized attention, building the strength, stability, and movement quality that running alone can't develop. Every session is coached — not just supervised.

WHY ACHILLES FITNESS INSTITUTE
Achilles Fitness Institute isn't a typical gym or a standard sports performance facility. We're a hybrid performance physical therapy and training gym — which means every program we build is informed by how the body actually adapts, moves, and breaks down under load.
For youth runners, that matters. Young athletes are still developing, and the difference between training that builds them up and training that breaks them down comes down to knowing what to look for. That's what we bring to every session.
